Enhanced System Projectile designed to be shot as a hollow point without the Raptor Tip™, a hollow point with the supplied Raptor Tip™ installed for long range shooting, or flipped around and shot as a solid for extreme penetration. Excellent lever gun bullets without the tip installed and are designed to magazine feed in any bolt action rifle with the tip installed.
Instead of mushrooming, our hollow points are designed so that after 1-2" of penetration, 6 blades break off and radiate outward in a star pattern while the base continues through for even deeper penetration.
A minimum of 1500fps impact velocity is required for the hollow point to function as intended. The required twist rate for these bullets is 1:9.25" or faster.

I bought these awesome performing 65gr. bullets for coyotes and deer in N.Georgia, where I live. I have only taken about a dozen coyotes so far with my 22" fluted bull barrel that's 5R rifled with a 1 in 8.25" twist in the 243 wssm caliber on an AR-15 platform rifle.
I load them in Hornady brass w/ Varget pushes these 65gr. ESP Raptor bullets @ about 3,700fps ballistic missles. I have some pretty strong evidence showing that Wil E. Coyote is pretty much blown away by the ESP Raptor bullet... as am I. I was looking for a dual species round, and so far everything has been gravy. They pattern well, and if I can figure out how to post pictures or a video of the carnage they produce for me regularly on the invasive yodel dogs...
