Our customer John recently sent us some photos and details about his Zimbabwe elephant hunt!

From John:

During July, had the opportunity of hunting once again near Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe for my third elephant and two cape buffalo.

My previous hunt in November of 2021, yielded two elephants in the same area using a .375 H and H loaded with Cutting Edge 300 gn solids.

The third day into the hunt three bulls were spotted in very heavy cover.

At 40 yards a sideways lung shot was taken which would prove to the fatal shot.

The elephant traveled a total of approximately 70 yards before collapsing after additional shots were also taken..

The attached bullet was recovered next to the spine.

It looks like it could be reloaded again.

Excellent performance and a big thanks to Cutting Edge Bullets for a great product.
