This bullet comes with Raptor Tips™ already installed. The Flat Base RaptorS are manufactured out of solid brass bar stock on a CNC Swiss style lathe. Instead of mushrooming, these hollow points are designed so that after 1-2" of penetration, 6 blades break off and radiate outward in a start pattern while the base continues on for even deeper penetration.

The required twist rate for this bullet is 1:17" or faster. These bullets are not recommended for use in rifles with a twist faster than 1-6".
A minimum impact velocity of 1500fps is required for the hollow point to function as intended.
